Infinitesimal

There are things I know inherently
Like de Ja vou
The imagination of some distant place
More like a memory
With no surprises
To weather is common, an infinite pattern.
Sometimes the world wakes up
One eye half opened
I sit by its bed side and say good morning
But this is your life and your day
And I have no control
I can not protect you from out there
Or your own perception of it
Your own lesson awaits you
Like a distant nostalgia...
I stare out the window repeating small prayers.
Knowing I know nothing.
Except that life is a fractal.
And you need your sleep,  as do I.
