No End and No Center

When I close my eyes I see the universe.
I see what seems impossible to imagine.
An extensive blackness spreading out in all directions, never ending.
Because I am restricted to my visual perception and bound by the logic in my mind, it is difficult to imagine that the darkness wraps around me and does not begin in front of my eyes. Nor am I in the middle of this vast expanse of nothing, in any position that I can assume, because when something has no end, and no beggining, how can it have a center?
